SHIFT
youth mentorship
SHIFT is a youth mentorship and fitness program designed specifically for boys and young men. Combining boxing, movement, and guided mentoring, the program provides a structured space for participants to develop focus, discipline, and emotional awareness through physical activity.

Led by Jake, a dedicated and engaging mentor with a strong background in youth work, SHIFT offers both one-on-one and small-group sessions. Jake’s personable and supportive approach helps participants feel comfortable, motivated, whilst developing the ability to step up to a challenge.

Incorporating elements from our sport and performance psychology programme, SHIFT has been designed to support the development of emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence in young people. The program aims to help participants build healthy routines, manage stress, and strengthen their sense of identity — skills that can positively influence wellbeing, relationships, and performance in all areas of life.
